How can we help?

How big should my image be?

We recommend a file size starting from 1200×1200 pixels. It is also important for the subject to not be to small in proportion to the image. The further away the subject is the most likely it will become blurry/ pixelated when printed.

We also recommend not using images sent via messaging platforms and social media. These sites usually compress the images. Our team will do the best work to make your images look great, including editing lighting and colors, decreasing noise, photoshopping elements that block your subject out of the image and, of course, removing the background.

Remember: we will send you an image for approval before printing your card. And the card will be sent to print ONLY when you will be satisfied with the result!

Will you remove the background from my image?

Our team will edit the image to make it look great. This includes background removal, as well as lighting and color adjustments.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code for the respective delivery company to your email!

What happens if I don’t confirm design after placing an order?

If you have ordered a personalized card and we have sent you the design, but we do not receive your design confirmation within 48 hours, Kartestika reserves the right to produce the card and send it to you based on the submitted design!

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What should I do if I receive a damaged card during delivery?

We ensure that the cards are shipped intact and undamaged. For every shipment, your product is photographed as proof that it was in perfect condition at the time of dispatch.

We also recommend purchasing order insurance to protect your shipment against any damage during delivery, so you can have peace of mind!
